1. Login and Registration
Player Registration
- Open the Friends4Us app
- On the login screen, tap "Register"
- Complete the form:
- Email: Your email address
- Password: Secure password (minimum 6 characters)
- Full Name: Your complete name
- Role: Select "Player"
- Tap "Register"
- You'll be automatically redirected to the system
Login
- On the main screen, enter:
- Email: Your registered email
- Password: Your password
- Tap "Login"
- You'll access your player dashboard
2. Joining a Team
IMPORTANT: You need a 4-digit invitation code provided by the team administrator.
Request to Join a Team
- After registering or logging in, if you don't belong to any team, you'll see the join option
- Request the invitation code from the team administrator via:
- WhatsApp
- Text message
- Email
- In person
- Enter the 4-digit code in the corresponding field
- Tap "Join Team"
- Your request will be sent to the administrator
- Wait for approval: The administrator must approve your request before you can see games and statistics
Request Status
- Pending: Your request is waiting for admin approval
- Approved: You now have full access to the team
3. Viewing Statistics
Accessing Statistics
- Statistics is the main screen when you log in
- You can also access it by tapping the "Statistics" icon (bar chart) in the bottom navigation
Available Statistics Types
1. Game Attendance
- Shows your attendance percentage
- Formula: (Games attended / Total games) × 100
- Helps you see how active you are in the team
2. Goals/Points
- Total goals or points you've scored
- Only visible if the administrator records individual statistics
- You can compare yourself with other players
3. Wins
- Number of games you've won
- Based on team assignments by the admin and results
4. Losses
- Number of games you've lost
- Based on team assignments and results

4. Viewing and Confirming Games
Accessing the Games List
- Tap the "Games" icon (soccer ball) in the bottom navigation
- You'll see all upcoming team games
Game Information
Each game card shows:
- Date and time of the match
- Location where it will be played
- Confirmed players / Total needed (e.g., 8/10)
- Your confirmation status:
- ✓ Confirmed: You've confirmed your attendance
- Waitlist: You're on the waitlist (game is full)
- Confirm: You haven't confirmed yet
Confirming Attendance
Case 1: Space Available
- Find the game you want to attend
- Tap the "Confirm" button (green)
- You'll see a message: "Successfully enrolled in game!"
- The button will change to "Cancel" and show ✓ Confirmed
Case 2: Game is Full (Waitlist)
- If the game already has all needed players
- Tap the "Join Waitlist" button (orange)
- You'll see a message: "Added to waitlist"
- If a player cancels, you'll automatically take their place
- You'll receive a notification that you've been moved to confirmed
Canceling Your Attendance
- If you've already confirmed or are on the waitlist
- Tap the "Cancel" button (gray)
- Your spot becomes available for other players
- If someone was on the waitlist, they'll automatically take your place
Game States
- Upcoming: Future games (green background)
- Today: Games happening today (orange background)
- Completed: Shows final result
- Past: Past games without recorded results
5. Multiple Teams
Joining Multiple Teams
- You can be a member of multiple teams simultaneously
- Each team requires its own invitation code
- Request to join each team separately
Switching Between Teams
- If you belong to multiple teams, you'll see a "Switch Team" icon (arrows) in the top bar
- Tap the icon
- You'll see a list of all your teams
- Select the team you want to view
- All screens (Statistics and Games) will show information for the selected team

How do I get the invitation code?
The code must be provided by the team administrator. Contact them directly via WhatsApp, email, or in person.
How long does approval take?
It depends on the administrator. It can be immediate or take a few hours/days.
Can I see games before being approved?
No. You must wait for the administrator to approve your request.
What happens if the game is full?
You can join the waitlist. If someone cancels, you'll automatically take their place.
Can I cancel my attendance after confirming?
Yes, tap the "Cancel" button. Your spot will become available for others.
How do I know which team I'm playing on?
The administrator assigns teams. Tap "View Teams" in the game details to see it.
Do statistics update in real-time?
They update after the administrator records the results of each game.

- Después de registrarte o iniciar sesión, si no perteneces a ningún equipo, verás la opción de unirte
- Solicita al administrador del equipo su código de invitación por:

- Mensaje de texto
- Email
- En persona
- Ingresa el código de 4 dígitos en el campo correspondiente
- Presiona "Join Team"
- Tu solicitud será enviada al administrador
- Espera la aprobación: El administrador debe aprobar tu solicitud antes de que puedas ver juegos y estadísticas
Estado de la Solicitud
- Pending (Pendiente): Tu solicitud está esperando aprobación del admin
- Approved (Aprobado): Ya tienes acceso completo al equipo

- Las estadísticas es la pantalla principal al iniciar sesión

Tipos de Estadísticas Disponibles
1. Asistencia a Juegos
- Muestra tu porcentaje de asistencia
- Fórmula: (Juegos a los que asististe / Total de juegos) × 100
- Te ayuda a ver qué tan activo eres en el equipo
2. Goles/Puntos
- Total de goles o puntos que has anotado
- Solo visible si el administrador registra estadísticas individuales

3. Victorias

Acceder a la Lista de Juegos

Caso 1: Hay Espacio Disponible
- Encuentra el juego al que quieres asistir
- Presiona el botón "Confirm" (verde)
- Verás un mensaje: "Successfully enrolled in game!"
- El botón cambiará a "Cancel" y mostrará ✓ Confirmed
Caso 2: El Juego Está Lleno (Lista de Espera)
- Si el juego ya tiene todos los jugadores necesarios
- Presiona el botón "Join Waitlist" (naranja)
- Verás un mensaje: "Added to waitlist"
- Si un jugador cancela, automáticamente tomarás su lugar
- Recibirás notificación de que fuiste movido a confirmados

Unirse a Múltiples Equipos
- Puedes ser miembro de varios equipos a la vez
- Cada equipo requiere su propio código de invitación
- Solicita unirte a cada equipo por separado
Cambiar entre Equipos
- Si perteneces a múltiples equipos, verás un icono de "Switch Team" (flechas) en la barra superior
- Presiona el icono
- Verás una lista de todos tus equipos
- Selecciona el equipo que quieres ver
- Todas las pantallas (Estadísticas y Juegos) mostrarán información del equipo seleccionado
